Joana Arries-Tagoe is the Head of Information Services Department [ISD] of Okaikwei North Municipal Assembly [ONMA]. She joined ISD as a Journalist in October, 2010 after which she rose through the ranks and was promoted to her current rank in March, 2018.<\/p><p>Miss.
