The Okaikwei North Municipal Assembly (ONMA), Chief Executive Honourable Boye Laryea has presented laptops and streetlights to the Assembly Members in the Municipality.
The gesture follows a request by the Assembly Members.
Delivering his address, Mr. Laryea said, the streetlights are not many as expected but hopes they will take this for now.
He highlighted the need for the Members to use the streetlight for the purpose for which it had been given to them.
Mr. Laryea assured that he will also delegate some people to monitor the installation of the streetlights in the various Electoral Areas.
The MCE further advised the members to maintain and take good care of the items presented to them.
He continued that the Members should not just go and put the streetlights down and wait till election before fixing it butrather fix it once they receive it.
Honourable Abdullah Nii-Odai the Presiding Member of the Assembly commended the MCE and the Assembly Members for the good work done in the Municipality and thanked Mr Laryea for the donation of the items to the House.
